![]() I am running retropie on a raspberry pi 3b+. When I look into the libretro log, it leads to a runcommand error that only gives a line where it writes the error to the log. Any other input device then stops to work. It is then just impossible to open the retroarch menu or leave a game. When I start retroarch with no Playstation controller and plug it in afterwards, I can assign the PS controller to player1 and start playing. It starts normally as soon as I remove any playstation controller (pull the cable/adapter or turn off the controller). They also appear in retroarch if I can manage to get into the menu.Īs soon as I try to launch any emulator or even the Retroarch menu through retropie, Retroarch crashes to emulationstation. "work" means that they are recognised in Emulationstation and I can use them to navigate in the menu. setting up ps4 controllers via usb cable and bluetooth work. setting up ps3 controllers via usb cable and bluetooth work. setting up ps1 controllers via 3 different usb converters work. Setting up the playstation controllers work. Everything is working now (it was a really hard time to get this done but it finally worked out) which means: 4 N64 controllers hooked up that are only used when emulating N64 games and for all other cores, xbox controllers are used.Īs I have various Playstation 1 to 4 controllers laying around here, I would like to use those with retroarch. The main intend was to use it with my original N64 controllers and for testing I have setup 4 xbox controllers via the usb receiver. Noticed another two games are crashing in a similar way: Mushihimesama and Mushihimesama FutariI have recently finished to build a RetroPie setup. : RETRO_ENVIRONMENT_SET_CORE_OPTIONS_DISPLAY. : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-dipswitch-arkretrn-Music_Tempo_(must_restart!) = "Normal / Fast" Using ROM with known crc 0x2250959b and name e36-04.38 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x94448e82 and name e36-13.33 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x3bae39be and name e36-12.32 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0xdb18bce2 and name e36-05.43 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x110ab729 and name e36-06.45 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x266bf1c1 and name e36-07.47 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x54b9b2cd and name e36-01.4 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0圆94eda31 and name e36-02.8 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x1ea8558b and name e36-03.12 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0x4467ff37 and name e36-15.17 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0xf16985e0 and name e36-09.18 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0xc940dba1 and name e36-10.19 from archive /roms/arkretrn Using ROM with known crc 0xb50cfb92 and name e36-11.20 from archive /roms/arkretrn No romset found at /retroarch/cores/system/arkretrn No romset found at /retroarch/cores/system/fbneo/arkretrn Searching all possible locations for romset arkretrn : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-lightgun-crosshair-emulation = "hide with lightgun device" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-analog-speed = "100%" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-lowpass-filter = "enabled" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-fm-interpolation = "4-point 3rd order" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-sample-interpolation = "4-point 3rd order" ![]() ![]() : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-samplerate = "48000" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-allow-patched-romsets = "disabled" ![]() : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-hiscores = "enabled" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-diagnostic-input = "Hold Start" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-fixed-frameskip = "0" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-frameskip-manual-threshold = "33" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-frameskip-type = "disabled" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-force-60hz = "disabled" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-vertical-mode = "disabled" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-allow-depth-32 = "enabled" : GET_VARIABLE: fbneo-cpu-speed-adjust = "100%" : RETRO_ENVIRONMENT_SET_CORE_OPTIONS_V2. Setting save dir to /retroarch/cores/savefiles The easiest way to change those settings is to open your retroarch.cfg in a text editor (make sure RetroArch is closed before you do this) and look for videodriver. : Redirecting save state to "/retroarch/cores/savestates/arkretrn.state". ![]() : Redirecting save file to "/retroarch/cores/savefiles/arkretrn.srm". Special game type: Nintendo Family Disk System Special game type: Nintendo Entertainment System Checked some other Taito F3 games looks like they are all crashing (Tested Land Maker and Puzzle Bobble 4, same issue, very similar log output as below) Nothing is displayed at all, just a black screen before crash. Title redirection means I am launching retroarch the proper way on the Switch with full RAM access, just in case anyone is wondering. ![]()
